The Arthritis Alliance of Canada, together with the provinces and key stakeholders in the health system have developed a model of care for inflammatory arthritis to improve care for patients.  

A Pan-Canadian Approach to Inflammatory Arthritis Model of Care, establishes a framework for the development of high quality models of inflammatory arthritis care that are evidenced formed and reinforced by best practices.

The toolkit was a collaborative project designed to assist professionals as they assist adult patients through the continuum of care. It is intended to help design systems/care paths to assist in the movement of the patients through the continuum of care, with supporting tools.

The Arthritis Alliance of Canada ceased its operations at the end of December 2019. This website will be kept live as an archive of all AAC reports, publications and tools until end of February 2025; however, its content won’t be updated.
